We are delighted to add Oil Artist Dali Higa to our growing list of
outstandingartists for whom we are marketing their products. We met
Dali at the National Oil Painters of America show in 2005 and were
very excited about her artwork and this book. One of Dali's paintings
was selected to be included in that competition, which is a testament
to the quality of her work.
Dali began drawing and studying the ancient art of Chinese Calligraphy
at the age of seven in a family where her father, older sister and
brother were all fine artists. While a student in China, she studied
directly under Chinese masters.
Dali immigrated to France, in pursuit of her art and studied Western
art for 3 years, where she visited and studied the art at the Lourvre,
the D'Osay and many other of the outstanding museums in France and
Europe.
Dali then settled in California, where she continues to study and
paint beautiful works, such as those shown in this book.
